Siyakhula is an eight-month programme tailored to cater to the unique requirements of the specific growth stage of the entrepreneur’s business. The programme is designed to help business owners identify growth opportunities and overcome current business challenges. An initial diagnostic of the business informs segmentation identifying the level the business is at and subsequently the business will follow one of two tracks within the programme:
Track One – Looking to embed proper disciplines to establish solid foundations and systems for growth.
Track Two – Looking to build the business to take on procurement and funding and preparing the business to understand what is required to make this step change.
